- Ensure the creative and technology work together
- Engineer a robust and flexible final product
- Establish interconnectivity of third-party applications
During this phase, our team reviewed the requirements for the ecommerce store and ensured that all the necessary deliverables could be completed within the predefined technology stack. We also assessed and revised existing content, wireframes, and designs, and collaborated with the team at Mighty to establish the final look and feel of the application.
The biggest challenge with the Ezekiel Elliot online store was creating an application that was able to be flexible enough for the customizations outlined in their requirements. We crafted a custom ecommerce platform that allows the administrators full access to manage all aspects of the site: products, inventory and content. The capabilities include a variety of options such as dynamic content types, customized widgets, rich media embeds, multi-language capabilities, and flexible template options. We built the final product with the focus on speed, simplicity, and scale. It was of the utmost importance that the user interface and flows be streamlined, making it easy to select, checkout, and purchase products. The final product was put through rigorous testing to ensure that proper compliance and accessibility standards were met on all modern devices and viewports.
Reporting is key for ecommerce applications, and this one was no exception. The platform includes detailed metrics around page views, sessions, campaign tracking, and user behaviour, as well as interactions and segmented groups. We’ve also integrated extended social media campaign tracking as well as automated fulfilment capabilities. Going forward, this gives their marketing team full access to their user data, allowing for better insights for when planning future marketing initiatives.
